1. Service Description

Liquidity Hunters ("we," "our," or "the Service") provides trading signals, market analysis, and educational content related to futures trading. Our services include:

• Discord-based trading signals with entry, stop, and target levels
• TradingView indicators for technical analysis
• Educational content and market commentary
• Community access and mentorship (tier-dependent)

OUR SERVICES ARE FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TRADING, OR OTHER ADVICE. We are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or commodity trading advisors.

Trading futures, options, and other derivatives involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Before using our services, you should:

• Consult with a qualified financial advisor
• Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely
• Understand that leverage can amplify both gains and losses
• Be aware of the specific risks associated with futures trading

4. User Responsibilities

By using Liquidity Hunters, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• You are legally permitted to trade futures in your jurisdiction
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make
• You will not share, redistribute, or resell our signals or indicators
• You will not reverse engineer, copy, or recreate our TradingView indicators
• You will provide accurate information when creating your account
• You will not use our services for any illegal purpose

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions (Passenger, Engineer, All-Access, Elite) are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

5.2 Founder's Pass (Lifetime Access)

The Founder's Pass is a one-time payment that grants access for the duration of the Service's operation. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as Liquidity Hunters continues to operate this service, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

• The Founder price increases by 1% with each sale until reaching $100,000
• The price at checkout is the price you pay - price changes do not affect existing purchases
• Founder status is non-transferable without prior written consent
• If the Service is discontinued, Founders will receive 90 days advance notice

7. Intellectual Property

All content, signals, indicators, code, methodologies, and materials provided through Liquidity Hunters are our proprietary intellectual property and are protected by copyright and trade secret laws.

• TradingView indicators are licensed for personal use only
• You may not share, redistribute, sell, or sublicense any indicators or signals
• You may not copy, decompile, or reverse engineer our indicators
• Your license terminates immediately upon cancellation or termination of your subscription
• Violation of these terms may result in legal action

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Liquidity Hunters and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your trading activities
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party's rights
• Any content or information you provide to us

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Sharing or redistributing our signals or indicators
• Abusive behavior toward staff or community members
• Fraudulent activity or chargeback attempts
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

Termination for cause will result in loss of access without refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time through our payment processor or by contacting support.

11. Service Availability

While we strive to provide consistent service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Signals may be delayed or missed due to market conditions, technical issues, or platform outages. We are not liable for any trading losses resulting from service interruptions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. For service discontinuation, we will provide reasonable notice (90 days for Founders, 30 days for subscribers).

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in California, USA.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email or Discord.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
